This is the so-called „bonus” post, i.e. about sweets. What you see is banana bread. Simple execution. Just like muffin dough. Dry ingredients in one bowl. Wet ingredients in a second bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix it up – not too thoroughly. And pour this dough into a baking pan. The innovation is to add the cottage cheese filling. Yummy! I don’t remember the recipe because I did it with my son and he is a banana bread specialist  <3 If you want, I can ask and I will write the ingredients in the next post. But I think there are many recipes on the web for this.

You can see Adam below. He’s clearly bored. He is 14 years old and has started touring overhead kitchen cabinets for the first time. Winter this year is bland. There is no snow. The sky is usually dark gray. And still a huge wind. My cats usually sleep like bears in the winter. Unfortunately, the sight of green grass and huge temperature fluctuations are not favorable to the routine. And I have a „problem”  because they are active „differently”

And today the sun shone for a few hours, so I did some sewing by hand and I quilted a bit. We even managed to record a few minutes of the movie, so soon another tutorial will be on my YT channel. I will show you something new soon. Ah … and some Valentine’s Day fabrics came to me! I’ve already designed a beautiful quilt and to tell the truth I can’t wait to get down to the machine. Unfortunately, first I have to finish a few more things and only then will I have a lot of fun sewing. Such a decision not to start all the ideas that come up too often;) Oh – as for plans and resolutions, I will also write soon because „a little” of it is there
