Maybe I’ll start with the fact that it was one of the oldest UFOs. It lay there and waited for its time. In fact, the infinite „object” was the center of the tablecloth. These are the windmills made of fabrics from the now defunct and probably the first in Poland shop with patchwork fabrics „Robins Patchwork”. As you can see, the fabrics are very conservative;), safe earth tones. I have no idea where it came from to take such a set under the needle;): D But well – it was sewn together many years ago and what was sewn in the first version was supposed to be a pillow. Fortunately, it never happened: PI after adding off white and Fassett’s „fury”, I managed to save my „cosmic” idea: D: DA when I thought about my intention from years ago, it actually turned out like … plum compote and this is also the name I gave the tablecloth. It’s true that the title was hit?
I once mentioned to you that I like decorative stitches in machines, because they are often useful in sewing patchwork. Here, too, I used one of the ones present in the machine. By using a thread in a contrasting but matching color, the effect exceeded my expectations. This stitch is the actual complement to this drape (besides it will be better to secure hand-sewn hexagons
This picture of the table cloth below is extremely interesting because I took it before it slipped off the back of the chair. The photo is quite „correct” and only the top corner is slightly blurred. Our phones keep getting better;) A .. yes, you think right. I only use the phone for my photos presented on the blog: D
Short tutorial how I quilted this table cloth. I used Handi Quilter MOXIE
